Introduction : Trigonometry is a branch of mathematics that studies relationships involving lengths and angles of triangles.

Trigonometry was invented by the Greek mathematician and astronomer Hipparchus. So Hipparchus, credited with compiling the first trigonometric table, is known as "the father of trigonometry".
